B2B Workflow Solutions offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  • Or contact us via the Contact page and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for renewal charges outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with the Paddle Refund Policy.
