Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 May 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the B2B Workflow Solutions platform (the "Service"). The Service is provided by B2B Workflow Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with us.
2. Acceptance
By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
B2B Workflow Solutions provides AI-assisted workflow tooling for B2B teams, including email intake, call handling, CRM, follow-up automation, and analytics. Specific features available to you depend on the plan you select. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purpose;
- send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- introduce malware or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits;
- use the Service to violate applicable telecommunications, data protection, or consumer-protection laws.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Payment, subscription, billing, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies or applicable law. You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time via your account settings or Paddle. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deleting it in accordance with our retention practices.
9. Service level and warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
